How do I donate? It’s as easy as 1-2-3!
1. Package all items to be donated as follows:
a. Dry goods and durables may be packed in cardboard boxes or in heavy-duty plastic bags. Cardboard boxes are preferable for ease of moving.
b. Liquids and instruments must be packed in cardboard boxes at a minimum.
c. Equipment should be crated.
2. Prepare a LEGIBLE packing list which includes the following information:
a. Your company name, address, phone, fax and email
b. Item Description
c. Quantity
d. Manufacturer
e. Model (equipment)
f. Serial Number (equipment)
g. Country of Manufacture
h. Value
For your convenience, a packing list template may be downloaded here.
A packing list MUST be included with your packages. If you require a receipt, pls. print out an additional copy and bring to the GTech stand at Hall 1 Space D 70 prior to the end of exhibition. Your packing list will be stamped and a receipt will be provided.
3. Mark your package clearly “GTECH HAITI”, and leave on stand for collection by Airlink.
